Shipping and Returns

Prices on our website are listed in £ (pounds sterling). Postage costs are not included in the price of products.

Shipping rates are based on Royal Mail Second Class services. The exact postage cost will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, orders can only be shipped within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates

Most items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Small or Medium Parcel.

Hair Conditioner Bars and 12g Skin Balm Tins only can be shipped using Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter.

Please note that if any other product is added to your order, it will be sent as a parcel, and the parcel rate will apply.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of £25 or more. Use the code FREESHIP25 at checkout to apply this offer.

Dispatch and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being cleared.

Royal Mail Second Class typically aims to deliver within 2–3 working days from the date the item is received by Royal Mail.

For larger orders we may upgrade shipping to Royal Mail Second Class Signed For at no additional cost to you.

Packaging

We use recyclable and/or compostable packaging wherever practical. Orders may occasionally be shipped in previously used boxes to help reduce waste.

Gift Orders

You can choose to send your order as a gift at checkout and include a message for the recipient.
