This website is operated by Soap and Anchor. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

We may update, modify, or remove content from this website at any time without prior notice. While we aim to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete or current.

Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. As our products are handmade there may be slight variations in colour, shape, or appearance between individual items. Packaging may also vary from that shown on the website. Where possible we may use recycled packaging when posting orders in order to reduce waste.

Pricing and Delivery

All prices on this website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Postage costs are not included in the price of products and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order.

We currently sell and ship products within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days once payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times will depend on the postal service used.

Online Ordering

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.

Placing an order on our website does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect or incomplete information, we may contact you to request further details. If we do not receive the required information within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. These providers handle payment processing on our behalf and we do not see or store your credit card details.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@soapandanchor.com so that we can resolve the issue.

If items arrive damaged, we may ask you to provide photographs to help us assess the issue. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for damaged, faulty, or missing goods.

As our products are handmade there may be minor variations between individual items (for example in size, shape, or appearance). These natural variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product.

If you wish to make changes to an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

If an item was purchased as part of a gift set, the full set must be returned for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, body oils, balms, and lotions sold in unsealed bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If you have received our products as a gift and would like to exchange them, please contact us and we will do our best to offer an exchange for products of a similar value (subject to availability).

All cosmetic products sold on this website comply with UK cosmetic regulations and are covered by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).
